Policies

Digitizing & Logo Set Up Charges

• New logos will be quoted for digitizing and set up
• When quotation is accepted and meets terms noted below, one (1) sample will be sewn out and supplied to the customer
• One (1) change can be made at no cost
• Additional changes will be quoted
• Quotations must be approved before logos will be approved
• Written approval is required for all digitizing
• Changes to existing logos will only be completed when quotation is approved and quotation is received
• Text changes to existing logos with sew out $50.00

Order Policies

• Po’s will only be accepted in written format via fax or email
• Orders are process as soon as they are received, for changes to orders after stock is received, restocking & shipping charges will apply
• All returns require return authorization
• Imprinted items cannot be returned
• Hat samples with your logo will be $50.00 ea and will be credited with the purchase of a minimum of 12 pcs.
• Our products are guaranteed against manufacturers defects and embroidery defects. We work closely with our customers to produce quality products.
• If proofs are required for your order, a signed copy authorizing printing must be received before printing is completed. You are responsible for any errors, omissions, spelling mistakes etc. after the proof is authorized.

Terms and Payment Policies

• New customers will be required to pre-pay orders via visa or mastercard
• New customers have the option of filling out a credit application to have an account opened. This is optional and must still be accompanied by credit card payment for the first order.
• All orders on account are net 30 days unless specified.
• Early payment discounts are at the discretion of management

Standard Embroidery Fees

• Addition of names to garments supplied by Zoo Casuals Inc $5.00 ea per name
• Additional logo on garments supplied by Zoo Casuals Inc $5.00 ea per logo
• Specialty threads ( eg: Metallic, custom ordered colours) add $5.00 ea per logo
• Addition of names to garments supplied by the customer $7.50 ea per name
• Addition of logo to garments supplied by the customer $7.50 ea per name
• Specialty threads (eg. Metallic, custom ordered colours) add $7.50 ea per logo

Freight

• All orders are quoted FOB our office at 22 Brady Street Sudbury Ontario P3E 6E1
• Freight will be charged on orders shipped direct
• All orders will be shipped cheapest unless otherwise noted

Garment / Promotional Products Quotations:

• All quotations are valid for 30 days
• PO’s should be accompanied by a quotation to guarantee pricing
• Freight will be quoted on large/oversize orders and may fluctuate as per fuel surcharge
• Prices subject to change without notice

Custom sewn products:

• All custom sewn products require 50 % deposit
