Welcome to Zoo Casuals Inc. Online.
Zoo Casuals Inc. is a family owned and operated company located outside Sudbury, Ontario. As a promotional and embroidery products provider for Northern Ontario, we strive for perfection and customer service excellence.
Zoo Casuals Inc was started in 1993 in the dining room of our home with a small machine. Our inspiration came from our dogs and the show environment that we actively competed in. Our business started with the retailing of dog show apparel.
Our name may sound funny to many, but it has an interesting history. When Brian and Sharon decided to start their own business they needed a catchy name. And with two little babies, two rottweiller puppies, an unfinished house and Brian’s constant ideas and projects, their lives were like living in a zoo. The casual part of their lives came from the apparel that they sold and their laid back country attitude towards life.
The zoo has calmed down considerably, with the babies all grown up, only one dog and a mostly finished house, but the name is an excellent conversation starter.
We have now grown to our own shop that houses not only Zoo Casuals Inc. but our sister company Kantex Manufacturing. Our family business is taking shape with the next generation of “zoo keepers” contributing along with Mom and Dad. We have many new and exciting things in store for our future and for our customers including various new products that can be seen weekly on our website.
As a family operated business we know our customers on a personal basis and with our upcoming 15th anniversary are glad to know each and every one of our customers. We strive for perfection in our products and excellent customer service that is difficult to find elsewhere. We take pride in our business and are prepared and fully equipped to provide our customers with every product or design that is needed.
So if you’re driving by Highway 537, drop by our shop. The coffee is always on and we love to meet new people and visit with old friends.
